1.Customers contact Shing Hing to place an order. We use the ERP system to find the current stock and to get the best price qoute for our clients.
2.After the customer approves the sample, we will officially place the order using the CRM system.
3.The technique details of each order are saved in the system and can be accessed by our engineers & production team.
4.Customer can login to our online tracking system to keep track of the status of their orders anytime they want.

In 2013, we also launched our mobile and tablet apps which provide real time tracking of customers’ orders, technical and product information, our comprehensive online catalog and other useful references.
